Anthony Cataldo

Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr Cataldo is a proven biotech and high tech public company Chairman and CEO.

As Founder, Chairman/CEO of GT Biotech, he led the company from inception to NASDAQ listing with oncology assets licensed from Univ of Minnesota. GT Biotech achieved a $​​​600m valuation (from $50m opening Feb. 2021) within 3 months of inception, stock went from $5 to $20/share.

As Founder, Chairman/CEO of Iovance, Mr Cataldo led the company from inception to NASDAQ listing with assets licensed from the National Cancer Institute for the treatment of Stage 4 melanoma. Iovance grew from $50m to $7B valuation ($5-$58/share) in 5 years under Mr Cataldo’s leadership.

Mr Cataldo’s current biotech venture - EIR Biopharma - is preparing an IPO and NYSE listing with assets from University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and Weil Cornell Medicine for the treatment of glaucoma and macular generation. Both University of Miami and Cornell University have taken ownership stakes in EIR Biopharma.

Mr Cataldo also served as Chairman/CEO of Calypte Biomedical (AMEX); Senetek PLC (NASDAQ).

Bryan Hooppaw

Founder, Co-President, CFO & GM Healthcare

Bryan Hooppaw is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seabright, a healthcare SaaS platform focused on automating bill-only workflows and optimizing hospital supply chain operations. Since founding the company in 2017, he has led Seabright’s growth into a multi-enterprise solution supporting thousands of users across health systems and supplier networks nationwide, with 100% customer retention.

Mr. Hooppaw brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare operations, technology, and finance. His background includes enterprise software commercialization, capital strategy, and scaling technology-enabled service models within complex healthcare environments. He currently leads Seabright’s corporate strategy, product direction, and capital markets initiatives as the company advances toward the public markets.

Hendrix Bodden

Founder, President & COO

Mr Bodden is a proven high tech company CEO.

As Founder and CEO of GreyHeller/Appsian, he led the company from inception in 2012 to acquisition in 2021 by a noted private equity firm for $200+ million. GH/Appsian counted as its customers Wells Fargo Bank, GE, Verizon, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of State, Hays Recruitment, all 23 campuses in the California State University System and hundreds more enterprise class organizations.

Hendrix inked R&D and revenue driven partnerships with Oracle, SAP, KPMG and other notable industry ERP solutions providers and consultancies. GH/Appsian won industry innovator awards for its cyber security/ERP access control technology platform and is currently regarded by Gartner as the leader in identity security and governance for business critical applications.
